Whisper of the Night and Moon

In the cradle of the quiet night,
Where shadows stretch and stars take flight,
The moon ascends with a fragile glow,
A tender face the world won’t know.

She wears her scars like silver lace,
Each crater deep, a timeless trace,
Yet shines with grace, serene, alone,
A beacon for the hearts of stone.

The night, a lover, wraps her tight,
In velvet whispers, soft and light,
But silence holds a heavy truth,
A lonely echo of fading youth.

Beneath her gaze, the world lays bare,
Its joys, its grief, its deep despair.
The moon, a mirror, reflects it all,
Each whispered hope, each muted call.

Oh, night, your vastness swallows whole
The timid dreams, the aching soul.
Yet in your depths, the moon still stands,
A guide for lost and trembling hands.

Vulnerable sky, we seek your grace,
Through shadows, fears, we find our place.
For even in the darkest tune,
We’re held by night and kissed by moon.
